Take a look at your life, your home, your belongings. Strip them down gradually to the essentials: food, water, shelter, fresh air, love, movement, time with loved ones. Rethink everything that prevents movement: furniture, clutter, tight clothes, accessories and shoes, car, chairs, smartphones, computers. We accumulate so much stuff over the years. They can really weigh you down and keep you stuck. I have been removing them bit by bit at my own pace in a way that makes sense to me. I used to have an Instagram account, which I deleted, then started another, from which I've taken a long break. My Facebook account is my next move. That's it - I have just deleted Facebook.
I met many lovely people on Facebook and was able to keep in touch too. However, something doesn't work for me. Perhaps it's a little too addictive, taking too much space and eating up too much time. I have had several Facebook breaks over the last couple of years. This time, it's permanent. My focus will be on providing a massage and movement therapy service and supporting my clients. A radical move to create more space, time, energy and opportunity for movement.
